Make a Gingerbread House

Gingerbread houses make pretty holiday decorations. They smell good too. You can have lots of fun building one, and your whole family can join in.

The walls and roof of the house are made of giant cookies. For the dough, put in flour, salt, butter, brown sugar, and eggs. Molasses makes the dough brown. The nice scent comes from spices like allspice, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Don’t forget the ginger!
