Diwali

Colored lights glow on the streets. Tiny lights shine from windows. Friends meet with candles and incense. They lay them in pretty patterns on the ground. Tiny flames burn everywhere.

It’s Diwali, the Festival of Lights. The festival is part of the Hindu religion. Hindus live all over the world. The largest number live in India.
